Utility Management
The tables below contain descriptions of the Utility Management items that are part of the 2019.1 release of new world ERP.
To get software enhancements to our customers at the earliest possible availability, we provide new enhancements via MIU patches that can be downloaded and installed between releases. These enhancements are essentially “next release” enhancements delivered early. They are identified in the release notes with the previous release number and the “MIU” identifier (e.g., 2018.1 MIU).

Enhancement | Billing - Non-Metered Import - Starting in 2018.1, when using the non-metered import to bring in charges or usage from a 3rd party system, the import would issue an error message and produce multiple copies of the report. The data was imported successfully in spite of these issues. The erroneous error message and issues with duplicate reports have been corrected. | 6424791 | 2018.1 MIU |
Warranty | Move Out Bills - If a move in was canceled, then another created on the same day, the exception bills grid would show two rows for the move out bill. | 5524652, 5526466, 5528346, 5529837 | 2018.1 MIU |

Warranty | Exception Bills - Print Bills - Move Out and Out of Cycle can be set to bank draft. They draft in the next available batch after the earliest draft date set by the user in the exception bill print. In 2018.1 that date was not available to the user. | 6477310 | 2018.1 MIU |
Warranty | Rates - Copy Rate - The copy rate process was not handling the effective dates correctly. It would allow the user to set multiple copies of the rate with the same effective date, and it would not properly end date prior effective dates when new effective dates were set to the middle of existing rates. | 6326440 | 2018.1 MIU |

Warranty | Bill Audits - Clicking on a row to launch the meter read pop-up or audit analysis would select the row as well. It no longer selects the row. | 6623630 | 2018.1 MIU |
Warranty | Billing - Accepting and Rejecting Audits - Selecting individual audits to accept, then selecting all remaining audits to reject would reject all the audits, even the individual audits that were originally accepted. | 6637084, 6602727, 6588612, 6675086 | 2018.1 MIU |
Warranty | A number of corrections and improvement were done to the Non-Metered Unit entry page. Several of the filters at the top of the page where not honored in the grid. This has been corrected.
